- Packages and memberships are non-refundable, but packages can be shared with family.

1. Who we are
Sparkle of Light Wellness LLC, trading as Sparkle of Light Wellness, at 8000 E Prentice Ave Unit C-3, Greenwood Village, CO 80111. You can reach us on (720) 469-6666 or at info@gotosparkle.com.
2. Nature of our services
The statements made and services provided by Sparkle of Light Wellness are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Testimonials are given voluntarily and do not represent the opinions of the company. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Please continue to follow the advice of your physician and keep taking any prescribed medication. Our sessions are intended to sit alongside your medical care, never to replace it.
3. Booking and payment
Sessions are booked online or by telephone and are confirmed once payment is received. Prices shown on this website are the full amount payable and include no additional service charges.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a Harmonic Egg® session or group class, and at least 48 hours for a Quantum Hypnosis session, since those reserve most of a day. We will always try to accommodate genuine emergencies — please just call.
Session packages and annual memberships are non-refundable. Packages remain valid for 12 months from purchase and may be shared with family members. Memberships are for one named person.
5. Your responsibilities
Please tell us before your session if you are pregnant, have an implanted medical device such as a pacemaker, have had recent surgery, or have a history of seizures. This lets us adapt the session or advise honestly that it may not be suitable for you.
6. Confidentiality
Anything you share during a session stays between you and your practitioner. Audio recordings from hypnosis sessions are given to you and are not retained by us without your agreement.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies to your booking.
