What happens on the day

No surprises. Here is exactly how a session runs.

  1. Step 1: Arrive and settle in

    Joanna greets you, offers you water and asks what you would like help with. Around 5 to 10 minutes, and there is no rush.

  2. Step 2: Rest inside the Egg

    You recline in a comfortable chair, fully clothed, for 50 minutes. The door stays unlatched and you can leave at any moment. Joanna is right outside.

  3. Step 3: Quiet integration

    10 minutes of stillness with a warm drink before you head home. Many people feel lighter straight away.

  4. Step 4: How long to set aside

    First visit: 90 minutes including your orientation. Return visits: 75 minutes.

How to prepare

Nothing complicated. A few small things that make the session easier.

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing and warm socks.
  • Drink plenty of water before and after your session.
  • Leave yourself some quiet time afterwards — try not to rush to another appointment.
  • Tell us in advance if you are sensitive to light or sound, and we will soften both.

Questions we are often asked

Can I just walk in?

Harmonic Egg® sessions are by appointment only, so the studio stays quiet for whoever is inside. Call (720) 469-6666 and we will find you a time, often the same week.

How long is my first visit?

Set aside 90 minutes. That covers a short orientation, your 40-minute session and 10 quiet minutes afterwards. Return visits are 75 minutes.

Is it safe if I have a pacemaker or other medical devices?

Please call us before booking and mention any implanted device, pregnancy or recent surgery. We will talk it through honestly and tell you if the Egg is not the right fit.

Can I share a package with my spouse?

Yes. Session packages can be shared with family members and are valid for 12 months. Memberships are for one person only.

What if I am sensitive to light or sound?

Tell Joanna at the start. The light can be dimmed and the volume lowered, and you can keep the door ajar. You are always in control.

What should I wear?

Comfortable everyday clothing. You stay fully dressed for the whole session. Many people bring warm socks.

Is there parking and is it step-free?

Yes. There is free ground-level parking right outside building C, and the studio is on the ground floor. If you would like someone to meet you at your car, just call when you arrive.
