Lie down, stay fully clothed, and let two hours of crystal singing bowls, gongs and vocal harmonics wash over you. There is nothing to do but listen.

Come as you are. Bring a yoga mat , pillow , eye mask and a blanket. You can rest in a chair if lying down is uncomfortable.

No surprises. Here is exactly how a session runs.

Step 1: Find your spot
Arrive a few minutes early, bring a mat, pillow, eye mask and get comfortable under a blanket.
Step 2: Two hours of sound
Jon and Devin plays crystal singing bowls, gongs and layers in vocal harmonics. They offer a Cacao Ceremony and a gentle Qigong movement. You stay fully clothed and simply rest. Many people fall asleep, and that is fine.
Step 3: Come back slowly
Time to sit up gently, drink some water and chat quietly before heading home.

Before you come

Nothing complicated. A few small things that make the session easier.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask and pillow .
Wear soft, warm layers.
Drink water beforehand and afterwards.
Let Jon and Devin know if loud or sustained sound bothers you — he will seat you further back.
