What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, and whichever of your email address and phone number you choose to give us, along with your message and how you would prefer to be contacted. When you book a session, our scheduling provider collects the details needed to take payment and hold your appointment.
Why we collect it
Solely to answer your enquiry, arrange your appointment and keep a record of the sessions you have had with us. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the service providers we need in order to operate: our online scheduling and payment provider, and our email provider. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes. We never sell or rent your details.
Session confidentiality
Anything discussed during a hypnosis or Harmonic Egg® session is confidential. Audio recordings made during Quantum Hypnosis sessions are provided to you and are not shared with anyone else.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded content, such as the Google map on our contact page, is loaded from Google and may set its own cookies when it loads; the map only loads once you scroll to it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years, and client session records for as long as you remain a client. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
